Crêpes Nanou offers distinctive catering services with a French flair to make your event one to remember.

Imagine your guest’s delight at ordering a fresh-made crêpes from our one-of-a-kind converted horse trailer! We understand that great events require more than just great food: presentation, service, ambience, and of course flavor all contribute to make an ordinary night an extraordinary one.

Crêpes Nanou is a great option for any important celebration: graduations, family reunions, birthdays, weddings. We can create a menu that is substantial enough to be the main course, or as the perfect compliment to a more formal meal (such as a brunch, dessert, or late-night snack at a wedding). We are completely self-sufficient and can set up anywhere: back yards, parks, barns, you name it!

We will work with you to create a custom menu designed specifically for your crowd, accommodating any dietary restrictions and up to 80 guests.

About

My French father gave me the nickname Nanou and taught me how to make crêpes at an early age. He owned two restaurants and a catering company in CT and though I grew up in a foodie world, I moved out west and had a career in the alternative healthcare field. While there, I fell in love with the food truck scene. So, 20 years later I returned to my roots and got back into cooking by starting a mobile crêperie.

My menu changes constantly based on the season, new inspiration and the type of event.

All savory crêpes (also known as galettes) are made with buckwheat flour.  They are naturally gluten free, dairy free and egg free.

Caroline: Cheddar, caramelized onion, apple butter
Nanou: Egg, ham, cheddar, honey mustard, fresh greens
Nanette: Ham, cheddar, honey mustard
Minou: Egg, cheddar, tomato, spinach, herb garlic aioli
Camille: Kielbasa, sauerkraut, cheddar, apple butter, mustard
Margot: Chicken, mushroom, onion, bacon, cream, fresh greens
Manon: Chicken, mango chutney curry, fresh greens
Lisette: Leek, ham, gruyere
Lilou: Lobster, lemon mayo, scallion
Brigitte: Brie, cranberry sauce, arugula, vinaigrette (add Turkey)
Amelie: Creamy artichoke, mozzarella, fresh spinach (add chicken optional)
Stephanie: Chicken, spinach, tomato, mozzarella with pesto aioli
Christine: Turkey, ham, swiss, honey mustard, raspberry jam
Raquel: Roasted eggplant, red pepper, zucchini, tomato coulis, fresh basil
